How wonderful to see this recently completed project in The Washington Post this morning…on the cover of their “Local Living” magazine! Designed for a lovely young family in the Spring Valley neighborhood, we used bright, happy colors inspired by a trip to the Caribbean and the warm, ginger coat of Tropic, the family cat. Zesty, colorful fabrics here in the dining room are from Vervain Fabrics, Fabricut, and my talented friend Kathryn M Ireland. Our thanks to the editors and Katherine Frey/the photographer.
