A young couple with one toddler and another on the way, contacted Barry with a unique set of needs. They owned a Victorian rowhouse on Washington DC’s historic Capitol Hill and were committed to the neighborhood, with its handsome brick homes, culturally diverse markets and proximity to the Capitol.
