Totier Creek Farm in Albemarle County

One of the last undeveloped areas of the Eastern Seaboard, the rolling hills of Albemarle County are still dotted with Colonial-era plantation and estates, including historic Totier Creek Farm. Built in 1760, the wooden frame farmhouse is set on a gently rising knoll with views of the countryside. Although the house was structurally sound, it needed improvements. Barry went to work on the old colonial and brought it forward for twenty-first-century living with updated baths and family areas for visiting children and guests.
